1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Genzes mobile application ("App"), you agree to these
Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Genzes.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent where required.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity on your account.
- Do not share your password or allow others to use your account.
- You may deactivate or permanently delete your account from Settings at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Spam, scam, or engage in fraud
- Upload malware or attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt Genzes
- Violate others' privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights
- Use the App for commercial spam or unauthorized advertising
5. Content You Post
- You own the content you create (posts, reels, stories, messages, comments).
- By posting, you grant Genzes a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the App so we can operate the service.
- You are solely responsible for content you share. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
- Direct messages may expire automatically after a limited period as described in the App.
6. Paid Features & Verification
- Optional paid features (such as verification badges) may be offered through Razorpay.
- Prices and plan details are shown in the App before you pay.
- Payments are subject to our Refund Policy.
- Genzes Coins, tasks, and coupons are promotional features and may change or end at any time.
7. Calls, Messaging & Media
- Voice/video calls and messaging are provided for personal use between users.
- You must not record or share private conversations without required consent.
- Camera, microphone, and gallery access are optional and only used when you enable those features.
8. Intellectual Property
Genzes branding, design, logos, and software are owned by Genzes or its licensors.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.
9. Disclaimers
Genzes is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party services (for example Cloudinary,
Razorpay, or Agora) beyond our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genzes and its operators are not liable for indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to paid features will not exceed the amount you paid
us for that feature in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Genzes after changes means you
accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be highlighted in the App or on this page.
